Create different Portfolios and organize your photo collections with tags.

To access the Portfolio folder:

Do one of the following:

• Click the Portfolio folder from the Folder pane
• Use the Portfolio folder shortcut key Ctrl+I

To add image(s) to the Portfolio folder:

Select the image and drag it to the Portfolio folder.

To create new folder in Portfolio:

1. Right-click on the Portfolio folder from the Folder pane and select Create New Folder.

   

2. Type a name for the new folder.
3. Press Enter.

After the folder is created, you can drag any image into that newly created folder.

For example, you can create a new Portfolio named Christmas and put all your holiday photos in this Portfolio.

To rename a Portfolio subfolder:

1. Select a Portfolio subfolder. Do one of the following:
   • Right-click on the subfolder and select Rename

     

   • Press F2
2. Enter a new name for the subfolder.
3. Press Enter to apply.
