Firegraphic allows you to print single or multiple photos on a page very easily. The Smart Arrange feature will arrange the position of the photos automatically. You can use the templetes to print different sizes on a page or print a contact sheet. You can also set the margins for each page, select the size of the print images and choose how many copies you want to print. The print preview lets you review every page before you print.

To print photo(s):

Method 1

  1. Select the photo(s) you want to print.
  2. Choose File > Print, or click the Print button. (Shortcut: Ctrl+P)
  3. Select Smart Arrange, Contact Sheet, or Template Printing tag at the top of the print dialog.
  4. In the Print Setting Screen, set your print preferences:
    • Select the Print Mode and Print Size
    • Set the top, bottom, left, and right margins of the paper
    • Set the Horizontal and Vertical spaces between each photo
    • Set the Page Range to print either all or partial pages
    • Number of copies: select how many copies you want to print
    • Click on the Preference button to set the printer, the measurement unit, and the background color.
  5. Click Print to start printing.


Method 2

  1. Select the photo(s) you want to print.
  2. Open the Thumbnail Tray (Shortcut: Ctrl+W) and drag the selected photos to the tray.
  3. Choose File > Print, or click the Print button. (Shortcut: Ctrl+P)
  4. In the Print Setting Screen, set your print preferences as above.
  5. Click Print to start printing.

To change the number of copy of an image:

  1. Double-click the word "1 Copy" of the thumbnail image in the Thumbnail Tray.

  2. Change the number of the Print Copies field.

  3. Click OK to apply.

Smart Arrange

For example, to print nine wallet size photos on a page, select the 2.5 x 3.5 inches option under Print Size. You should see nine photos arrange on a page in the print preview. If this is what you want, you can click the Print button to print. You can also set the page margin, the spacing between each photo and number of copies before you print.



Contact Sheet



Template Printing

Select the photo from the image pane and drag it to the selected template. You can also crop and rotate a specific photo in the template before you print. Doing this will not alter the original photo.

To crop the photo in the template:

  1. Select an photo in the template.
  2. Choose the Custom... option under Print Mode. Then click on the Define Print Area button.
  3. Use the crosshair cursor to select the area you want.
  4. Click the OK button to save and return to the previous screen.


To rotate the photo in the template:

  1. Select an photo in the template.
  2. Choose the Custom... option under Print Mode. Then click on the Define Print Area button.
  3. Click on the Rotate CCW or Rotate CW button to rotate the image.
  4. Click the OK button to save and return to the previous screen.
