The Properties Pane displays a small preview and the information about the current selected image. You can show or hide the file properties and EXIF information.

To display/hide the Properties Pane:

Choose View > Properties Pane (Shortcut: F9)

To show/hide the EXIF information:

1. Click on the drop-down menu at the upper right hand corner of the Properties Pane.
2. Select Show/Hide EXIF.

   

To edit properties/add description to an image:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Select an image and click the Properties button
   • Click on the drop-down menu at the upper right hand corner of the Properties Pane and select Properties
   • Right-click the image and select Properties
2. Enter the Artist name, check the Set Date option to enter a date, Description, and Keywords.
3. Click OK to save.
